Can speaking and traveling be both rewarding and fun?  It certainly has been for Darlene and me. Just for the record, we drove over 17,000 miles through 13 states for 29 weeks and I spoke in 93 different places for a total of 411 times. However, people keep asking us if we enjoyed our time on the road like they don’t believe us. Maybe it is because we slept in 55 different beds this past year and they can’t imagine doing the same. So in order to prove to you and them that we were blessed by our time on the road, we want to do it again next school year.
The highpoint for us was to meet so many wonderful Christian servants all around this country who are faithfully serving our Creator, sometimes in obscure places. The enthusiastic reception and feedback we’ve received have certainly blown us away.Â
What’s next? If you click the ITINERARY tab on our new website, georgematzko.com, you will see that we have a few summer bookings, and some lined up in MN and WI in the Fall. This is where your willingness to help us comes in. Do you have personal contacts with pastors or other church leaders, Christian school administrators, or Homeschool groups in our target states: MN, WI, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TX, LA, MS, and AL? Would you be willing to email or text them our website address and send them a copy of our new brochure? You can find that under the ABOUT US tab.
Churches are besieged with missionaries and organizations raising support, but we aren’t in that mold. (See I told you to put your wallet away:) It’s just hard to break through the clutter and let ministries know how we can help them reach their communities, keep their young people onboard and equip and embolden church people to stand for truth in the face of a world that is hostile toward our Creator.

We are going to a church in the Gainsville area this Saturday, but Admission has asked us to concentrate on the target states they gave us for the next school year.
